I traveled from Karachi to ISB with SereneAir which was a terrible journey for me - M owais sher - 08-20-2023
Last week I traveled from Karachi to Islamabad with SereneAir (Flight No ER-502 ) which was a terrible journey for me. First of all, the flight was delayed by an hour. The light was supposed to takeoff at 1:25PM but for no reason the Flight went off at 2:30. I had a good Perspective of SereneAir in my mind before boarding the plane But as soon as I entered the plane, my whole perspective changed, There was a strange smell coming from the Plane and the Plane looked quite old and dilapidated. Cleanliness on board was only nominal, As soon as I sat down, I saw that everything was broken, When it was time to eat, I opened my dining Desk and saw that it was completely dirty and there was a strange smell from it, which I also mentioned to the Air Hostess. Our flight has suffered quite a bit of turbulence. And I asked Airhostess for water, and she said, Sir, we cannot water again and again. I am quite disappointed with the experience of SereneAir and I did not think that private companies would lower their standards like this. After talking to the people in the flight, it came to know that since #SereneAir has started its international flight, it has lowered the standard in domestic lights, due to which its old customers are now very disappointed. And their fares are also much higher than all other flights. I am uploading few pictures that you can measure their standard and I expect them to improve their progress and learn to value their customers. #SereneAir 🙏🏻🙏🏻
